To earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (in New York, Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business Administration; in Ohio, Bachelor of Business Administration) from DeVry University, you will need to successfully complete a minimum of 124 credit hours, which can be achieved in eight semesters of full-time enrollment. Course requirements for the degree program provide competency in computer applications, systems integration, and applying technology to business strategy, management and decision-making through case studies, team projects, Internet use and web page development as well as core competencies needed for your specific major (concentration in Illinois, New York and Pennsylvania): Accounting, Business Information Systems, Finance, Health Services Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Security Management, Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and Technical Communication. As a result, DeVry University Business Administration graduates will be prepared to enter the work force as business professionals in a variety of industries, implementing and applying current technical and non-technical solutions to business activities, systems and processes.
